Paula Leca

Paula Leca is an experienced professional in community engagement and social impact, currently serving as the Communities & Social Impact Manager at Morrison Construction since August 2021. In this role, Paula manages construction projects to align with social value objectives that enhance local community wealth. Previously, Paula worked as the STEM Futures Coordinator at Glasgow Science Centre, facilitating funding initiatives to promote STEM careers among disadvantaged youth. Additional experience includes serving as Programme Executive for Developing the Young Workforce, where Paula bridged the gap between employers and the education system, and various managerial roles at the Department for Work and Pensions. Paula holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Community Education from the University of Edinburgh.
