Helen Taylor

Helen Taylor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational change. Currently serving as Head of HR at Morrison Data Services since November 2024, Helen previously held the position of Head of Talent at Newcastle Building Society from May 2023 to November 2024. Prior experience includes impactful roles at MAYBORN GROUP LIMITED as Global Head of Talent & Organisation Change and Global Senior HRBP, where responsibilities spanned multiple countries. Helen has also demonstrated strong leadership in corporate HR roles at Aesica Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Refresco, and gained foundational HR experience as a People Advisor at Fenmarc Produce and as a Student & Graduate Recruitment Coordinator at IBM. Helen holds a BA Hons in HRM from Northumbria University, enhancing a career dedicated to effective human resource practices across diverse sectors.
