Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being Director of Conflicts at Morrison & Foerster LLP since 2005. Prior to this, they worked at Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, PC as an Associate from 1999 to 2005, where they specialized in legal malpractice defense and provided counsel on conflicts and risk prevention to law firms. Before that, they worked as an Associate at Long & Levit LLP from 1998 to 1999, handling civil litigation and specializing in professional liability cases. Richard started their career as a Research Attorney at the Superior Court of the State of California from 1997 to 1998.

Richard Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Santa Barbara in 1992. Richard went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, where they obtained a J.D. degree in 1996.
