Colin James Tougas

Colin James Tougas, M.Eng., P.Eng., RRO, currently serves as a Senior Building Science Engineer at Stantec since January 2025 and as a Building Science Consultant at Morrison Hershfield since November 2022. Previously, Colin held positions as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer at RJC Engineers from February 2014 to November 2022. Before entering the engineering field, Colin spent a year teaching English to middle and high school students in the Tokushima Area through the JET Programme Canada from August 2012 to July 2013. Colin is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, with studies commencing in September 2024 and expected to conclude in October 2026.
