Lexy Relph

Lexy Relph currently serves as the Practice Lead and Team Lead for Infrastructure Decarbonization and Resilience at Morrison Hershfield, focusing on the integration of carbon mitigation and climate resilience in infrastructure projects. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Principal at Integral Group, leading existing building decarbonization efforts, and Director of Energy and Sustainability at CBRE, managing energy and sustainability initiatives for a large portfolio. Lexy has also held senior positions at Unico Properties LLC and across various consulting firms such as Paladino and Company and Stantec, delivering sustainability solutions for numerous high-profile projects. Educational credentials include an MBA with honors from the UW Foster School of Business, an M.A.Sc. in Mechanical/Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
