Pelly Shafto

Pelly Shafto has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving in this capacity at Morrison Hershfield since June 2006. Prior to this role, Pelly Shafto was the Director of Human Resources at MTS Allstream from 2002 to 2006, managing HR functions for 1,100 employees and focusing on improving organizational outcomes through various HR initiatives. Earlier in the career, Pelly Shafto held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Loblaw Companies Limited from 1993 to 2000, overseeing HR for 1,500 salaried employees across non-retail divisions during critical organizational transformations. Pelly Shafto’s educational background includes a degree from the University of Toronto, completed between 1983 and 1988.
