Regional Director Of Operations at Morrison Living

Rachel Saucedo has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Rachel started their career at Brookdale in 2009 as a Director of Dining Services and later became a Regional Director, a role they held until December 2016. From January 2017 to November 2019, they worked at Morrison Community Living as a Senior Director of Dining. In December 2019, they joined Morrison Healthcare as a Director of Dining Services and worked there until June 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Operations at Morrison Living, starting in June 2021.

Rachel Saucedo attended the College of the Desert from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager. Rachel obtained additional certifications, including the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM-CFPP) from the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) in December 2019 and the ServSafe Certified Manager from ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor in May 2019.
