Luis Grullon

Luis Grullon is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Morrison Living since April 2022. Previously, Luis held the position of Banquet Chef at White Lodging for a brief period in early 2022, and served as Executive Chef at Hilton Garden Inn from March 2021 to November 2021, as well as from November 2019 to July 2020. Luis also has experience as Executive Chef/F&B Director at Courtyard by Marriott from August 2016 to November 2019, and as Executive Sous Chef at Shilo Inns Suites Hotels from April 2010 to August 2016.
