Collin W. Manning

Collin is an associate in the Providence office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in general liability defense throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Collin was a law clerk with the Rhode Island Supreme Court Trial Court Law Clerk Department.

During law school, Collin gained legal experience in the public sector having participated in the Boston College Civil Litigation Clinic representing indigent clients in various housing, family law, and immigration matters, and then as a student attorney with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office representing the Commonwealth on pretrial motions and assisted with plea negotiations and arraignments. Collin also gained insurance defense experience working part time with a large civil infrastructure company’s legal department where he assisted their insurance claims department.
