Katie Miller

Katie Miller, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a People Manager - Technology at Morrisons since September 2020, overseeing HR activities for approximately 800 colleagues in a distribution site and supporting a management team of 40. With prior roles as People Specialist in Talent and Logistics, Katie began her career in HR through a graduate scheme with placements in various sectors. Earlier experiences include volunteering as an International Volunteer for Scottish Golf and a Team Leader at St Andrews Golf Camp, along with managing a successful halfway house at The Nairn Golf Club. Academically, Katie holds a Master of Letters in Human Resource Management and a Master of Arts in Management from the University of St Andrews.
