Chad Methum

Chad Methum is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. As the Executive Chef and Director of Culinary at Morrissey Hospitality since December 2017, Chad oversees culinary operations at Bunker Hills Event Center and Kendall's Tavern & Chophouse. Previous positions include Executive Chef Consultant at Hillcrest Golf Club, Sous Chef and Executive Chef roles at Unidine, Menards, and Radisson, among others. Chad has also held the position of Culinary Support Manager at A'viands, managing support for diverse accounts in the Midwest and Southwest regions. Notable achievements include receiving the Manager of the Quarter and Manager of the Year awards in 2009 while at Sheraton Bloomington Hotel. Chad's educational background includes certifications from Minnesota Restaurant Association and Hennepin Technical College in food safety training.
