Matthew Roddy is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in graphic design and art direction. Currently serving as Art Director at Morrow Communications since June 2017, Matthew has progressed through various creative roles, including Senior Creative and Creative. In addition to the current position, Matthew has been self-employed as a Freelance Graphic Designer since 2012, showcasing versatility and entrepreneurial spirit. Previous experience includes a Graphic Designer role at Durgan Media (2015-2017) and temporary work in landscaping and ranching in Australia. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communication & Design from the University of Sunderland and possesses a solid educational foundation with HND and ND qualifications in Multimedia and Art and Design from South Eastern Regional College. Early career experience at Marks and Spencer included various roles in sales and food service from 2005 to 2009, contributing to a well-rounded skill set.

Established in 1985 Morrow Communications is one of the most experienced team-based integrated communications consultancies on the island of Ireland. In total we have collected 58 gold and 36 silver awards over the same period of the CIPR Pride Awards, a number of CIM Ireland marketing awards and also picked up the ABPCO Award for Best UK Conference Organiser in 2014/15.
