Andrew Vasey

Andrew Vasey serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Governance, Asia-Pacific at Morrow Sodali. Prior to this, Andrew was the Director of Corporate Governance at ISS and held various roles at CGI Glass Lewis Pty. Limited. Andrew also has experience in special projects and compliance at Global Development Group. Andrew holds a Masters of International Studies from The University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma of Education in Secondary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from QUT.
