Christian Sealey

A seasoned investor relations and corporate affairs specialist, Christian is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm with a strong focus on client service and the provision of strategic advice to public company boards and management.

Christian has a deep understanding of global capital markets as well as extensive experience in contested situations, equity and debt tender offers, and other complicated transactions. He is well versed in ESG and regularly presents on industry panels and also advises boards of directors on a variety of issues. He is a member of Morrow Sodali’s Executive Committee is responsible for company strategy, business development and all client related matters.

Christian is a graduate of Charles Sturt University and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
