The board of directors at Morrow Sodali has a long history of experience in corporate governance and law. The current chairman has a degree in corporation law from New York University Graduate School of Law and has previously worked as the SVP & Head of Corporate Governance at TIAA-CREF. Other members of the board have also worked in similar positions at other companies, such as Georgeson & Co. Inc.
