Joe Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MorrowX since June 2023, Joe focuses on making sustainability accessible and affordable. Joe’s prior roles at Fixably include Head of ESG & Strategic Projects, Director of Operations, and Head of People & Culture, where significant initiatives were driven to enhance operations, customer success, and data analytics. Joe also co-founded Coreware Oy and held leadership positions at mcare pro and Rekrytointipalvelu Sihti Oy, among others, showcasing a strong foundation in IT consultancy and business management. Educational achievements include a BA in Music from Trinity College Dublin and ongoing studies towards a Mini MBA at Probana Business School.
