Joe’s prior roles at Fixably include Head of ESG & Strategic Projects, Director of Operations, and Head of People & Culture, where significant initiatives were driven to enhance operations, customer success, and data analytics. Joe also co-founded Coreware Oy and held leadership positions at mcare pro and Rekrytointipalvelu Sihti Oy, among others, showcasing a strong foundation in IT consultancy and business management. Educational achievements include a BA in Music from Trinity College Dublin and ongoing studies towards a Mini MBA at Probana Business School.
