Terrance McKearney

Terrance McKearney is an experienced leader in the defense and military support sectors. Currently serving as President of the San Diego Military Advisory Council Foundation since December 2020, McKearney supports veterans and military families in the San Diego region. As Editor of Phalanx Magazine for the Military Operations Research Society since June 2011, McKearney oversees the publication's content, providing professional insights and updates on Society events. Previously, McKearney held leadership roles, including President and CEO of The Ranger Group, focusing on command and control analysis, and served as a Past President for both MORS and the National Defense Industrial Association. McKearney has a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University, a Master's in Military Security Policy and Strategy from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
