Job Summary

We are looking for a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join our team. The CPSO will lead a multi-disciplined team in efforts to meet the requirements of DoD 5205.07 volumes 1-4 for one or more Special Access Programs (SAP).

  • Initiate, process, and track personnel security actions such as, Personnel Access Requests (PARs), nominations for employees to special programs, and foreign travel and contact reports, briefings and debriefings.

  • Interface with customer counterparts with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.

  • Create needed procedures for the secure and successful execution of assigned program(s).

  • Administer and control classified material in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)

  • Ensure MORSE is successful in customer security inspections for assigned programs.

  • Plan and supervise the building and accreditation of secure facilities in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive 705.

  • Serve as the Alternate Facility Security Officer

Qualifications

  • Current Secret personnel security clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and additional access as necessary.

  • 4+ years experience managing the requirements DoD 5205.07, the NISPOM, or the 700 series of Intelligence Community Directives.

  • Previous experience managing the construction of secure facilities in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive 705.
