Leigh Routman, MSW, ACSW (she/her) has a diverse work experience in various roles. Leigh is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Holocaust Learning Experience at MorseLife at MorseLife Health System, Inc. Leigh previously held the position of Director of Programs at Palm Beach County Food Bank from June 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Alpert Jewish Family & Children's Service, where they served as the Director of Community Engagement & Volunteer Development, Grant Manager for the Holocaust program, and Mentoring for Kids Outreach Coordinator from January 2014 to June 2019. Leigh also worked as the Program Director at Sudden Money Institute from January 2011 to January 2014.
Leigh Routman, MSW, ACSW (she/her) has an extensive education history in the field of social work. Leigh obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Barry University, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a minor in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Florida, where they attended from 1987 to 1991.
In addition to their formal education, Leigh Routman has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Leigh obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from both USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in May 2021. In June 2013, they became a Certified Professional Life Coach through the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching.
Furthermore, Leigh Routman holds the prestigious Academy of Certified Social Workers title, which was awarded by the National Association of Social Workers in 1992.
