Jon Callahan Ceng Fimeche

Jon Callahan is a professional engineer with experience in various roles and companies. Jon worked at Morson Projects from 2014, starting as a Lead Stress/Software Engineer and progressing to Principal Engineer and eventually becoming the Head of Engineering Delivery in June 2023. In their role as a Lead Stress/Software Engineer, they were responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and ensuring the quality of work produced by a team of 50 Engineers. Jon also assessed and implemented quality controls for supplier agencies. Prior to Morson Projects, Jon worked at Aircelle as a Stress Engineer from 2011 to 2013. Their responsibilities included the certification of fatigue stress reports and the development of fatigue and damage tolerance methodologies for the Embraer legacy series aircraft. Jon is a CEng and a FIMechE.

Jon Callahan CEng FIMechE obtained a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Loughborough University. This educational achievement took place from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a STEM Ambassador, completing 30 hours of engagement with STEM Learning in 2022/2023.
