Thomas Mather has extensive experience in electrical design engineering with a strong focus on CAD design and project oversight. Currently serving as Assistant Project Leader and Design Checker at Morson Projects since November 2020, Thomas Mather provides design checking capabilities for the BAE Systems Submarine Programme. Prior to this role, Thomas Mather worked at BAE Systems Maritime as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, specializing in the design of electrical systems and spatial integration using advanced 3D software. With earlier positions at Electricity North West and various secondments, Thomas Mather has contributed to numerous substation projects, demonstrating a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles, budget management, and technical documentation. Thomas Mather holds an HNC and ONC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Trafford College.
