William Ferguson

William Ferguson is an accomplished engineering professional with a robust background in design and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Designer at Morson Projects since August 2022, William previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Butterfly Flexible Seating Solutions Ltd from January 2022 to March 2023. Notable experience includes serving as Project Lead at BAE Systems, where William oversaw the design of nuclear submarines from November 2020 to January 2022, and a Design Engineer role at BOMBARDIER from April 2019 to November 2020. Earlier positions include Engineer Design at Thompson Aero Seating Limited from October 2017 to April 2019. William holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering from MET College Belfast, earned between 1989 and 1993.
