Jihane Abouzeid

Jihane Abouzeid is a data science professional with extensive experience in leading teams and developing data-driven solutions. As a Senior Manager in Data Science Engineering at Morsum since May 2019, Jihane has successfully led a team of 12 in creating data ingestion pipelines and enrichment services for the Anchovi marketplace, collaborating cross-functionally across product, design, and engineering teams. Prior to this role, Jihane worked as a Data Analyst at Mantika Inc, focusing on client data analysis for fraud detection, and held positions as a Data Science Engineer and Senior Data Science Engineer, designing data services and pipelines. Jihane began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the American University of Beirut, contributing to publications while managing multiple projects. Jihane holds a Master of Science in Data Science, Technology & Innovation from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.
