Richard Ranaghan is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Head of Ground Operations and Nominated Person at CityJet since March 2023, while also holding the position of Regional Ground Operations and Security Manager at mba Aviation since August 2021. Previously, Richard worked at Norwegian from June 2016 to August 2021 as the Deputy Director of Quality and Audit Manager for Flight and Ground Operations, as well as serving as a Compliance Monitoring Auditor. Richard's earlier experience includes a role as Operations Duty Manager at Sky Handling Partner from October 2001 to May 2016 and as a Flight Dispatcher at CityJet from September 2000 to March 2001. Richard has completed multiple IATA training programs and obtained relevant certifications in IOSA and quality management, including Internal Auditor Training ISO 19011.
