Dustan has been running his own businesses for 30 years. He entered the mortgage business in June of 2008, just in time for the economic crises, yet still managed to fund 95 files in 2009. In 2010 Dustan hired a truly amazing associate, and together they pushed the numbers as high as 237 files in a single year. 1,683 mortgages later, having written three books (Be The Better Broker Volumes 1,2 &3), as well as delivering dozens of presentations, all day workshops, small mastermind sessions, and hundreds of 1:1 coaching calls with Brokers and Agents alike Dustan has a comprehensive understanding of what it takes not only to survive, but to thrive in this industry.
