Eddy G Perez Jr

Eddy G Perez Jr, CMB, is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with extensive leadership experience. Since October 2017, Eddy has served on the Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the IMB Executive Council at the Mortgage Bankers Association, alongside holding the position of MORPAC Chairman. As Co-Founder and CEO of Equity Prime Mortgage, established in February 2008, Eddy oversees a range of operations and is recognized by Inc for the company’s achievements. During a tenure at NAHREP from March 2021 to March 2022, Eddy held the role of National Corporate Board of Governors Chairman. Previous roles include Mortgage Broker at Global Mortgage and Senior Loan Officer at Mortgage Now, where Eddy demonstrated top sales performance. Eddy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University and has completed leadership training at Stagen Leadership Academy.
