Justin Exner

Justin Exner is currently serving as a member of the Mortgage Action Alliance Steering Committee at Mortgage Bankers Association. Prior to this, Justin held the title of VP Area Manager at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. With over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Justin has a successful track record of closing over $100 million in personal production in 2020. Before their transition to the mortgage industry, Justin worked as the Vice President at First Financial Mortgage and as the Hub Customer Service Manager at United Airlines, where Justin oversaw 600 unionized customer service employees. Justin holds a Masters in Business Administration from Franklin University and a Bachelors in Business from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
