Madisyn Rhone

Madisyn Rhone currently serves as the Vice President of Legislative Affairs at the Mortgage Bankers Association since March 2024. Previously, Madisyn held the position of Director of Government & Industry Relations at Enact Mortgage Insurance from July 2018 to March 2024 and worked in various analytical and managerial roles including Accelerated Talent Development Analyst, Underwriting Effectiveness Analyst, Pricing Analyst, and Enterprise Risk Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Campaign Manager at Youth Excited About Sports (Y.E.S) and as an Operations Analyst at Genworth US Mortgage Insurance, where optimization of claims processes was achieved using analytic tools like SAS, Tableau, and Excel. Madisyn began a career in mentorship and sports officiating with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
