Arshia Shirazi (B.A.)

Arshia Shirazi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at TD Canada Trust until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they held the role of Account Representative at British American Tobacco Canada and British American Tobacco. In 2012, Arshia transitioned into the mortgage industry, working as a Mortgage Agent at Mortgage Alliance until 2014. Arshia Shirazi then joined CENTUM Mortgage Professional Corp. as a Mortgage Agent from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Arshia is working as a Mortgage Broker and Director of Business Development at Mortgage Intelligence, a role they have held since December 2016.

Arshia Shirazi has a B.A. degree in English Literature, which they obtained from Larestan Open University between 1993 and 1997. Arshia Shirazi also holds a diploma in Business Administration from South Region - Industrial Management Institution, which they completed between 1996 and 1998. In 2005, they received a diploma in Marketing from Seneca Polytechnic, where they studied for three years. Arshia further pursued their education in mortgage brokerage by obtaining a Certificate in Commercial Mortgage Financing from Canada Mortgage Professional Association in 2018. Arshia Shirazi also holds a Mortgage Brokerage/Agent Licence obtained through Seneca Polytechnic in 2012. In 2022, they attended The Investment Funds Institute of Canada to study Exempt Market Dealer and Private Capital Investment. Additionally, Arshia obtained several certifications, including Exempt Market Dealer from The Investment Funds Institute of Canada, Mortgage Broker Licence from Real Estate & Mortgage Institute of Canada, and Mortgage Agent Licence Certification authorized by FSCO through Seneca College.
