Andrew Gibson

Andrew Gibson is a highly experienced Employment Lawyer serving as a Senior Associate and Solicitor Advocate at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since July 2014. With specialization accredited by the Law Society of Scotland in Employment Law and Discrimination Law, Andrew provides expert solutions to both employers and employees navigating complex legal issues. Prior experience includes serving as an Advocate at the Faculty of Advocates from July 2009 to July 2014 and as a Solicitor for Falkirk Council from April 2005 to June 2008. Andrew holds a PhD in Law from the University of Glasgow, a Master's in Medical Law from the same institution, an LLb and Diploma in Legal Practice in Scots Law, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
