Chad E. Walker

In May 2015, Chad Walker joined Morton Salt as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. In this role, he serves as chief legal counsel responsible for leading Morton Salt’s Legal function across all businesses and operations in the U.S., Canada and the Bahamas. He oversees all of Morton’s legal matters, including corporate governance and compliance, risk, intellectual property and litigation.
