Michael Wichrowski is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various managerial and chef roles. Currently serving as a Chef at Mo's Restaurants since June 2020, Michael previously held multiple positions at Layton Ave LLC from April 2008 to September 2023, including Chef, General Manager, and IT Consultant. An Executive Chef for Sodexo Campus Services at Marquette University between February 2017 and July 2020, Michael also gained experience as a Sous Chef at Johnny Vs Cafe during summer months from July 2004 to June 2020. Additional experience includes Chef Manager and Production Manager at ARAMARK Healthcare from January 2012 to June 2015, as well as culinary education at the Midwest Culinary Institute from November 2010 to May 2012. Early career roles included Carryout & Delivery at Maggiano's Little Italy and Assistant Manager/Chef at Johnny V's Pizza.
