Ágnes Jánoska

Ágnes Jánoska has extensive work experience in the field of biotechnology and process engineering. Ágnes is currently working as a Senior Process Engineer at Mosa Meat, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Docent Fermentation Technology at HAN University of Applied Sciences from March 2021 to January 2022.

Before their role at HAN University, Ágnes was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft from March 2019 to March 2021. Ágnes'sresearch focused on the scale-down and scale-up of penicillin fermentations, specifically studying the effects of inhomogeneities in industrial fermenters on the metabolic response of microorganisms.

Ágnes also has experience as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble from October 2018 to March 2019, where they managed the import of new technology and led a successful startup production line.
