Johanna Melke

Johanna Melke has a diverse range of work experience in the scientific field. Johanna most recently worked as a Senior Scientist at Mosa Meat starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they were a Visiting Scientist at the National University of Ireland, Galway from December 2018 to April 2019.

Their previous experience includes being a PhD Candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology from November 2013 to March 2019. Before that, they worked as a Student Assistant at CRTD from October 2012 to February 2013 and at Fraunhofer FEP from September 2011 to September 2012. Additionally, they served as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer FEP from January 2011 to August 2011.

Johanna Melke began their education in 2007 at Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (FH), where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biotechnologie in 2010. Johanna then pursued further studies and completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Molecular Bioengineering at Technische Universität Dresden from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2019.
