Nicolien Nagtzaam

Nicolien Nagtzaam has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Nicolien is currently serving as the Head of Program Management at Mosa Meat since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Merus as a Project Manager CMC from April 2016 to March 2021. Nicolien gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry while working at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, where they held three roles. Nicolien started as a Process Engineer from August 2011 to August 2013, then advanced to the position of Senior Process Engineer from September 2013 to March 2014, and finally served as a Scientist from April 2014 to March 2016. Additionally, Nicolien started their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Documentation Specialist from February 2009 to June 2009 and later joined their Trainee Global Operations Leadership Development Program from July 2009 to August 2011. Throughout their career, Nicolien has developed expertise in project management, process improvement, technology transfers, and leadership development.

Nicolien Nagtzaam completed their Bachelor's degree in Life Science & Technology from Delft University of Technology in the year 2006. Nicolien then pursued their Master's degree in Cell Diagnostics from the same university, which they successfully completed in the year 2008. Additionally, they participated in an Exchange Program at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, although the specific years and degree obtained are unknown.
