Kimberly Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design, project management, and authorship. Currently serving as an Instructional Design Consultant at Mosaic since September 2017, Kimberly focuses on the utility and oil & gas industries, utilizing a unique approach to address workforce challenges. As an author, Kimberly is poised to release a new novel following the success of "Blood Creek," the first book in the Mingo series, which chronicles the historic southern West Virginia mine wars. Past roles include Instructional Designer at Intellinex, LLC, Owner of Sundance Enterprises, LLC, and Project Manager at Horne International, where a strong emphasis was placed on environmental and technology-related projects. Kimberly gained foundational experience as a Project Manager and Conference Coordinator at Analysas Corporation. Educational qualifications were obtained from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
