Nicole Buisson

Nicole Buisson is an experienced executive currently serving as the Managing Director for APAC at Lightspeed Commerce since September 2024. In addition to this role, Nicole is an Independent Director at NZ Growth Capital Partners, The Icehouse, and Callaghan Innovation, and serves on the Advisory Board of Mosaic FSI. Previously, Nicole held the position of Head of Small and Medium Business at Amazon Web Services until September 2024 and was the Chief Customer Officer at Open, a Sydney-based Insurtech firm. Nicole's earlier experience includes directorial roles at WEL Networks and Rose & Thorne Lingerie, as well as involvement with Tuatahi First Fibre. Educational qualifications include MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, a Company Directors' Course from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, and a BA in Psychology along with a BCom in Marketing from the University of Otago.
