Jim Gardner

Jim Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations across military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Mosaic ATM since October 2017, Gardner previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Aerial Vantage and served as Deputy Director for Navy Integrated Fires within the Chief of Naval Operations Staff, where development of a $24 billion resourcing strategy for various warfare systems took place. Additional roles at the White House Military Office included Senior Program Manager for Facilities and Director of the President's Emergency Operations Center, leading operations for senior government officials. A Naval Aviator with over 3100 flight hours, Gardner has also acted as Commanding Officer for Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron 125. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
