Erica Berchtold

Erica Berchtold is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Brands Ltd since March 2024. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of CEO at THE ICONIC from February 2019 to September 2023, focusing on fashion and sport as means of self-expression for customers. In a previous tenure at Super Retail Group from November 2011 to February 2019, Erica excelled as Managing Director of the Sports Division, where topline revenues grew significantly from approximately $600 million to $1 billion. Additionally, Erica has held leadership roles at Specialty Fashion Group and Rebel Sport, with a foundational career beginning as a Product Manager at Harvey Norman. Erica's educational credentials include completion of the Senior Executive Program at London Business School and the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
