Christine Malanga has a decade of experience in the culinary industry. In 2010, they began their career as a Cooking Studio Assistant at Ninety Acres Culinary Center, where they assisted cooking studio faculty in adult and children's parties and classes, as well as preparing ingredients and maintaining studio appearance. In 2012, they held positions as a Line Cook at Terroir at the Porch, an Intern at Hearth, a Culinary Shopper at Giada at Home, and a Food Stylist at Anthony Eats America. In 2013, they worked as a Culinary Assistant at Barefoot Contessa and The Pioneer Woman, and as a Caterer for The Pioneer Woman. From 2015 to 2019, Christine worked at Pret A Manger as a Senior Product Development Manager, Product Development Manager, and Food Developer. Most recently, in 2020, they began their role as Culinary Director at Mosaic Foods.
Christine Malanga attended The Pingry School from 2003 to 2007. Christine then went on to New York University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication. From 2011 to 2012, they attended the French Culinary Institute to study Culinary Arts.
