Ksenia Potapova

Ksenia Potapova has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ksenia is currently working as a Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Mosaic Group since 2022. Previously, they held the same position at Apalon since 2018, where they also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Ksenia worked as a Senior Recruiter at Apalon from 2018 to 2019. Ksenia started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EPAM Systems in 2016 and worked there until 2018. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter at InToSoft from 2013 to 2016.

Ksenia Potapova completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Engineering in Information Technologies at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop from Management 3.0 in October 2019, in ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile in September 2019, and in ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile in March 2019.
