Delia manages daily operations across Mosaic’s offices worldwide. Previously, she worked as private estate manager for high-net-worth clients, assisting in production of the London Olympics 2012 and establishment of the UK-based Invictus Games for wounded military personnel in 2014. Prior, Delia served as personal assistant to the global head of HR at XL Capital, working with its leadership team and helping establish the company’s global development programs. She has also worked at Aon and Liberty Re.
