Tom Dilley

Tom leads Mosaic’s financial institutions team, overseeing development of the portfolio globally. He has more than 16 years’ experience in the sector, bringing a wealth of established broker and client relationships. Previously, he oversaw the UK FI sphere at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, building a market-leading business. He also spent 12 years with ACE (now Chubb), latterly overseeing the product line in the UK and Ireland.
