Joshua Pare

Joshua Pare has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joshua currently works at Mosaic Learning as a DevOps Manager, where they oversee and manages the DevOps Department and its related projects. Joshua ensures the efficiency of the team and leads the migration from legacy infrastructure to containerized solutions on Kubernetes. Joshua also works closely with senior management to set goals for the company and its product architecture.

Prior to their current role, Joshua worked as a DevOps Engineer at Mosaic Learning, where they merged daily development tasks into continuous processes and monitored the entire lifecycle of development processes. Joshua conducted gap analysis, identified alternative solutions, and improved the performance of solution architecture.

Before joining Mosaic Learning, Joshua worked at Fusion Academy as an Instructor, teaching computer science, music, and recording arts. Joshua also served as a SuperUser for the school's SIS and LMS systems, providing ongoing support and training to staff.

Joshua gained experience in the music industry at Sony Music Entertainment, where they worked as a Production & Editing Engineer. Joshua used advanced technical tools and software to enhance recorded audio and delivered high-quality mixdowns within strict deadlines. Joshua also provided input and operated the audio board during recording sessions to optimize the process.

Additionally, Joshua worked at Bach to Rock: America's Music School as an Audio Engineer and Music Instructor, and at Shenandoah University as a Mac Lab Assistant. In these roles, they maintained labs, provided support to users, and ensured compliance with best practices.

Through their various roles, Joshua has developed strong expertise in DevOps, music production, audio engineering, and technology support.

Joshua Pare has a diverse education history. In 2013, they began their studies at Shenandoah University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Production and Recording Technology. Joshua successfully completed their degree in 2017.

In 2020, Joshua enrolled in Western Governors University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science within the same year. This indicates a shift in their educational focus towards the field of computer science.

Alongside their formal education, Joshua has obtained several additional certifications. In October 2020, they achieved the CompTIA Project+ Certification and the ITIL Foundation Level Certification. Joshua further expanded their knowledge and skills in cloud computing by earning three certifications offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS). In September 2020, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, followed by becoming an AWS Certified Developer - Associate in October 2020, and finally getting the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate certification in September 2021.

Moreover, Joshua demonstrated their expertise in containerization technology by obtaining the Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification in September 2022.
