At Mosaic Life Care, we are committed to providing the best and safest care, while creating a warm, inviting environment for our patients, family members and caregivers. We’ve developed an innovative life-care model that includes traditional health care, as well as a focus on other aspects of our patients’ lifestyles that affect their overall wellness. Mosaic Life Care, a recipient of the 2009 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and named one of the nation’s top performers on key quality measures by The Joint Commission in 2010, is the next generation of health care.
