Kysen Leo

Kysen Leo has held various engineering roles since 2011. In 2011, they were a Piping Engineering Summer Student at WorleyParsons. In 2012, they worked as a Co-op Student at Pratt & Whitney Canada and as an Engineering Student at CNRL. At CNRL, they worked with the Production and Exploitation Engineering teams. In 2013, they worked as a Biomedical Engineering and Facilities Management Student at Markham Stouffville Hospital. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Reliability Engineering Intern and Associate Reliability Engineer at Tesla Motors. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Reliability Engineer at Google and as a Reliability Engineering Consultant at OtO Lawn. Most recently, they have been an Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Mosaic Manufacturing since 2020.

Kysen Leo completed a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2015. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
