MOSAIC
Tingli Lin is an accomplished data specialist with a diverse background in data analysis and operations coordination. Currently serving as an Operational Data Specialist at Lakeshore Learning Materials since January 2023, Tingli has designed interactive Power BI dashboards that enhance strategic decision-making for executives. As a Data Analyst & Operations Coordinator at MOSAIC, a process was automated that increased contact update frequency significantly. Previous experience includes a Business Automation Internship at Western Asset Management, where a Tableau dashboard was developed for employee data visualization, and a Graduate Research Assistant role at Loyola Marymount University, utilizing Python for sentiment trend analysis. Tingli's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Vice President of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society and through effective fundraising initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UCLA.

WHO WE ARE Mosaic is a community of faith born out of the heart of Los Angeles. Founded by iconoclast and futurist Erwin McManus, Mosaic has been named one of America’s ‘most influential churches.’ McManus has created a culture in Mosaic where anyone can belong before they believe, and Mosaic strives to create a home in the city for anyone who does not have one. Mosaic is a multi-campus non-denominational church located in Hollywood with seven campuses located from Seattle to Mexico City. WHAT WE BELIEVE We believe the church exists to declare the name of Jesus and to build a place called home for the many who do not have one.
