Stephen Ketola

Stephen Ketola currently serves as the Curator of People & Culture at Mosaic Personnel since August 2020. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as Operations Director at Strata Leadership, LLC from February 2013 to June 2020, where skills in problem-solving, process development, and strategic implementation were applied to enhance operational effectiveness. Stephen also held various positions at Character First Education from January 1999 to January 2013, including Finance Manager, Shipping Manager, and Front Desk Representative, demonstrating a diverse skill set in finance, logistics, and customer service. Stephen completed coursework toward a degree in Voice Performance at Roberts Wesleyan University in 1990-1991.
