Richard Bilsland

Richard Bilsland is currently serving as the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager at Mosaic Property Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of State Manager - QLD & NT at Giovenco Scaffolding from October 2018 to September 2020. With extensive experience in management roles, Richard has also worked as the General Manager - Queensland at DB Group Global Pty Ltd and held Branch Manager positions at Uni-Span Group in both Brisbane and Gladstone. Richard holds advanced diplomas in Building & Construction Management, Leadership & Management, Work Health & Safety, Quantity Surveying, as well as certifications in ICAM Lead Investigation, Fire Safety Adviser, and Mental Health First Aid.
