Daryn Strop

Daryn Strop is an experienced professional in the residential construction and technology sector, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Mosaic since December 2021. Mosaic, a rapidly growing construction technology startup, focuses on providing comprehensive pre-development and general contracting services for build-to-rent and for-sale homebuilders and developers. Prior to this role, Daryn held significant positions, including Vice President of Housing Operations at Brookfield Residential, Vice President of Operations at KB Home, and Construction Manager at PulteGroup. Daryn began a career in the industry as a Senior Builder at Lennar and served in the US Army as a Military Police officer for nearly a decade. Daryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Colorado State University Pueblo.
